Anna Helm Baxter is Deputy Food Editor at the the Hearst Lifestyle Group: Woman’s Day, Good Housekeeping, Redbook and Dr Oz; where she is responsible for developing and editing recipes, food styling, producing web videos and conjuring up fantastic story ideas. She is also the author of multiple cookbooks, including Salad in a Jar, Soups made simple and Desserts in 10 minutes.

She currently lives in Maplewood, New Jersey with her husband and 2.8 kids, Charlie (5), Poppy (3) and TBD due in February 2018! In her spare time she runs half and full marathons , eats insanely spicy food and makes elaborate birthday cakes.
